This hour teaches how to identify the typical patterns of dysfunction associated with poor posture. This hour is one of nine. It will explain how to develop an appropriate treatment plan and exercise prescription.
Dr. Scott Levine teaches which muscles are prone to tightness compared to those inclined to weakness. In addition, you will learn the principles of an exercise prescription. Finally, this course teaches the appropriate muscles to test and treat in the presence of a posture-related dysfunction or complaint.
Viewers will be able to detect functional abnormalities due to poor posture. In addition, they will be able to assess the biomechanics of gait and posture through muscle testing, allowing them to uncover the cause of dysfunction, leading to better care and achievement of long-term goals.
