This hour is one of a ten-hour live workshop. In this hour, Dr. Liebenson teaches how to evaluate movement, correct functional abnormalities, and increase stability and performance by applying specific exercise programs. This hour continues the lessons of Parts 1 and 2, offering a strategy for active care and additional exercises used to restore stability.

Faulty movement patterns can lead to chronic disease and instability in the average person and the elite athlete. This hour can be taken alone but would be best if taken in sequence with the entire course. In the 10-hour course, Dr. Liebenson teaches how to detect and ultimately correct these faulty movement patterns allowing the average person and the elite athlete to reach their full potential while reducing the risk of injury.

Learning Objectives

The participant will be able to perform qualitative tests on patients to find the source of biomechanical overload in the kinetic chain. In addition, they will be able to develop specific exercise programs that will enhance stability and performance while reducing the risk of injury.
