This hour covers the essential information necessary to manage patients with a diagnosis of trauma. Dr. Cronk covers the topics of whiplash, the role of x-ray in spinal trauma, the diagnosis of spinal instability and subluxation, the role of manipulation in the unstable spine, chronic pain, the AMA Impairment guidelines, the dynamic model of subluxation, and the effectiveness of chiropractic care.
